The Mustaca family's purchase of United Cinemas Collaroy in 1989 marking the beginning of a remarkable stewardship that continues today. The Theatre had been marked for Demolition at the time. Their vision was clear: preserve the building's historic character while transforming it into a world-class entertainment venue.
This family-owned approach means 90 years of stories, strength, and soul are preserved. Standing tall since 1935, this building isn't just brick and mortar—it's the heart of our community. Getting Here: Located at the heart of Collaroy village 1097 Pittwater Rd, Collaroy NSW 2097 with excellent public transport links and parking facilities nearby.
As a beautiful heritage building, we are working within the constraints of our historic architecture. While we are delighted to offer full wheelchair access to our downstairs theatre, please be advised there is no lift to the upper floor. The upstairs theatre is reachable by two flights of stairs.
